A day late, but a good one, i think. The topic at hand is top 5 backing bands. This would mean 'So and So and the (insert band here)', or a standalone name altogether, like my #2. I'm interested to see what might surface here, and what people might deem as a backing band. ** add. This morning i thought of 5 or 6 killer new additions to the list, but i'll leave them off for now and give others a chance to look cool. ;) **
Top 5 Backing Bands
For the # 69, I woulda thought you may want to go with top sex beats of being dumped songs or somethin'.
top 5:
Steve Tyler & the Aerosmiths
David Lee Roth & the Van Halens
Bono & his U2s
Stevo's 41s
Scatty Fairmont
But seriously, did anyone mention the Innocent Criminals? Or DMB? I'm sure someone did but I'm pretty unperceptive. :S
Big Love

Posted by: scotty on January 26, 2006 09:32 AMHey Fella, it's not sly...it's fact!
Posted by: Killerov on January 26, 2006 08:50 AMnice calls killer. very sly with your #1, and great #3 as well.
ms. taylor, i appreciate your continued attempts at denying logic, fact and reason in trying to impose mr. page and LZ into every and any possible post, and on occasion there may be a shred of validity in your efforts, but in this case your choice just doesn't fly, pun intended. zep was a complete band in every sense of the word from start to finish, end of story. if you wish to apply mr. page to this category, please change your #5 entry to The Firm, who shouldn't merit listing on anyone's top 5 anything. thanks, and have a great day.
