The Top Five bands that Finny has graced:
5. "Fly Fantastic"/"Kickstand Travolta". I still remember watching these cats kick it at the "Vault" BITD. Hippie college chicks everywhere :P.
4. "The Fairmonts"/"Gentlemen"/etc.... All of these cover bands blend into one for me - LOL!! JK boys. Really diggin' on the Fairmonts right now - just don't see that combo much.
3. "Acid Tongue". Many of you younguns might not have witnessed the "Tongue" in their heyday but, all's I can say is... Not bad. Quite listenable really.
2. "Velvet Squeeze". Short lived, but any band that writes songs about werking at A&P is working class enough for me. Fuck the boss. Scotty was the assistant cashier.
1. "Toxic Angels". 'Cause Skinny Pete says so! Fuck authority! Fuck being in tune or time! It's all about tight pants, jean jackets with band logos badly ironed on them and mullets. Ah... the mullets.
Honourable mention goes out to the "Tea Thieves". I never saw them live or really heard much so really I'm full of shit. Still, Killerov would start whining if I didn't include 'em so... LOL!
