I used to think this was a load of bullshit, but on the 10th anniversary of Kurt's death, i have been cruising some sites and reading some valid evidence, questions and uncertainties that might lead you to question the alleged "suicide". These reasons why the case should be reopened will leave you scratching your head as to why it appeared so open and shut. There is loads of other info on the site, and links to other sites, theories, interviews, statements and documents that could lend support to such a theory. Read on for yourself and see what conclusion you reach.
