Well, i was 2 for 3 on my predictions (minus the OT call, which was definitely not necessary for Philly last night), and all i have to say now is GO CANUCKS! A solid, hard-hitting victory for da 'Nucks over the hurting Blues and now we go on to play... Minnesota! Can you believe the Avs and Detroit are out already? That's playoff hockey, baby! Greetings from Kuwait City! This place would be mecca if it had chicks! Its got every fast food and american resturant chains you could ask for. Booze is illeagal, but i can get it, so its just the chicks that are lacking! Yes i left the chick mecca of the world to pursue new wild and crazy adventures! GO LEAFS GO! They did beat the flyers right?HA HA HA. Kuwait actually has 2 skating rinks, one of which sustains a hockey league. The sultans like to skate it up! Scotty, can i be your middle east corrispondent? Actually... it's not a shark (silly Matty) it's a killer whale - very practical symbol for a west coast team.

Or maybe an angry airplane circling around to attack Ren & Stimpy...
Strikes me that if the 'Couve want to call themselves the 'Canucks' their logo should feature a bearded dude sitting on a twofer in an iceshack uttering, "tabernacle" smashing his generator-run TV with a hockey stick?

Canucks, besides being damn good hockey players, are in fact, Canadians. it's a slang term, lovingly adopted by ourselves of course! i think the Amer'cans started using it specifically towards the french canadians but now it applies to all. class dismissed for the day. ;)
