Bob Dylan's 1966 World Tour changed the face of rock and roll forever. Always one step ahead of the game, or deliberately off the beaten path, Dylan's folk-to-rock crossover is often heralded as the greatest moment in rock history. 1996 World Tour, The Home Movies was compiled from footage shot by drummer Mickey Jones on that tour, who replaced Levon Helm, who apparently left the tour after the band was booed for the entire US leg. So, they kept flipping back and forth, and when Survivor was on they were talking. I will see it again when Mandy's Mom sends me all the taped episodes. WOO HOO!!
What I did see, I wasn't that impressed. They made it look so scandalas! I can't complain too much though, because I was drinkin' beer and blown' weed. Just to let you know Scott, the technique has been busted out for a certain boy that I met. Quite a few times acctually! HMMMM!?
Also, Spinner was awesome with that Cow Bell!!
